WAGS Affiliated Societies Conference in Geraldton (30 - 31 July 2010)
The WAGS Affiliated Societies Conference will be hosted by the Geraldton Family History Society (GFHS).
On Friday afternoon there will be a fantastic session on family history resources that is open to everyone and is too good an opportunity to miss.
Netting Your Ancestors: researching family history from regional W.A.

Tricia and Leonie are Subject Specialists for Family History at the State Library and they have a wealth of knowledge to share with you.
This session is a mix of advice for those beginning their research in isolation and an overview of some the great online resources that are available. Both new and experienced researchers will find new sources to take away and explore from this seminar.
The AGM will be held on Saturday 31 July at The Residency, 321 Marine Terrace, Geraldton. Delegates will be attending from Family History Societies all over WA.
This weekend is a great opportunity for members from WAGS and the Affiliated Societies to meet and share ideas and also attend some interesting talks.
