The Management Committee of the Western Australian Genealogical Society Inc. invite you to join all our members in celebrating our 30th Anniversary.

30th Anniversary Function
The current Management Committee and Past-Presidents will host a welcome to our 30th Anniversary function for members of other associated organisations.
Attendance at this function is by invitation.

Afternoon at East Perth Cemeteries
Afternoon tea will be served in St Bartholomew's Church at East Perth Cemeteries. Talk to Yvonne Coate about her research over many years into Lonely Graves, and see her display on the day. Guides will take a tour around the Cemeteries to show the resting place of some of our early pioneers.

Appreciation for past members
Afternoon tea will be held in Unit 4, 48 May Street Bayswater, for some early members of the Society, to show our appreciation to them for their efforts in early planning that has enabled the Society to become what it is today.
A tour of the Library will be included in the afternoon.
Attendance at this function is by invitation.

Seminar at the State Library
Sponsored by the State Library of Western Australia
A one day seminar will be held in the ground floor State Library Theatrette. Speakers will include one overseas speaker, and one Australian speaker. Sessions will take place throughout the day, with morning and afternoon tea supplied.

Join Tour Guide Les Green on a two hour walk around the historic buildings of Fremantle, visit the Roundhouse and the site of the Bloody Sunday Riot of 1919.

Tour of Karrakatta Cemetery
A two hour tour of Karrakatta Cemetery has been organised, with experienced guides who will escort visitors around the Cemetery. Come along and listen to tales of the Famous, Infamous and Interesting graves.
