INSTRUCTIONS for submitting your entries
Please follow carefully as failure to do so may result in you having to resubmit your entries.
All submissions are accepted on the basis of a valid email address.
It is the responsibility of the submitter to keep their contact email address current.

Place WA SURNAME LIST in your subject line.
Your NAME, ADDRESS (State/Country):
This is for our information only, not for publication on the Surnames List.
EMAIL ADDRESS:
Put - SURNAME LOCATION PERIOD:
in the body of your email, as shown below. (Use TAB for spaces)
SURNAMES: Place all surnames submitted in alphabetical order.
LOCATION: Make a separate surname entry for each location.
PERIOD: Please place the following symbols in front of the year;
"<" for "pre" or "before"
">" for "after"
"-" for "between" dates
and "c" for "about" or "Circa"
For Example,
pre 1850 would be; <1850
while after 1850 would be; >1850
dates between 1850 and 1865 would be; 1850-1865
about 1850 would be; c1850
If you are unsure about the dates, for example it is in the 1820's please use the "between" method as above i.e. show it as: 1820-1830
